The Code of Ethics<\/strong> is the set of principles, values and standards<\/strong> that guide ethical behaviour and conduct within the HELVIA organisation. This code defines compliance to rules<\/strong> and expected standards of behaviour<\/strong> of HELVIA’s principals and professionals and it provides guidelines for making ethical decisions<\/strong> in complex or ambiguous situations.<\/p>\n

HELVIA’s Code of Ethics sets out the responsibilities and obligations<\/strong> of those who are part of it, providing a common basis for law-abiding and consistent ethical behaviour. It serves as a polar star<\/strong> for everyday actions and decisions, promoting integrity, transparency and compliance<\/strong> with ethical standards.<\/p>\n

HELVIA’s Code of Ethics includes ethical principles, rules of conduct, responsibility towards stakeholders<\/strong>, communication and training policies, application process and possible sanctions.<\/p>\n

HELVIA’s Code of Ethics not only helps to promote ethical behaviour within the organisation, but also to build a reputation of integrity and trust<\/strong> with customers, employees, partners and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n

It provides a reference point<\/strong> for making difficult ethical decisions and ensuring a respectful, integral and responsible working environment<\/strong>. Principals or Professionals who fail to comply with HELVIA’s Code of Ethics may, depending on the seriousness of the specific case, incur reprimands, suspensions, disciplinary or legal sanctions<\/strong>, depending on the extent of the breach of the Code of Ethics.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
