Per conto di un celebre<\/strong> gruppo alimentare\u00a0 italiano<\/b>, nell\u2019ottica di espansione del proprio portafoglio brand e business internazionale, HELVIA ha realizzato una market intelligence<\/i><\/b> per selezionare i marchi europei in linea con gli obiettivi e i criteri di investimento prefissati dal cliente. Successivamente, HELVIA ha riservatamente contattato <\/b>ca. 200<\/strong>\u00a0imprenditori <\/b>del segmento Fresco<\/strong>, tradizionale e biologico, in Svizzera, Germania, Austria e Francia. A seguito delle manifestazioni d’interesse<\/strong> rilevate, sono state aperte 8 trattative con i potenziali cedenti<\/strong>, che hanno portato alla attivazione di 4 due diligence<\/em><\/strong> che si sono concluse con l\u2019acquisizione del pacchetto di controllo di 2 aziende<\/b> europee<\/strong> ad un prezzo complessivo di ca. \u20ac 25 Milioni.<\/b><\/p>\n

On behalf of a renowned<\/strong> Italian food group<\/b>, with a goal of expanding its brand portfolio and international business, HELVIA carried out market intelligence<\/i><\/b> to select European brands in line with the client’s objectives and investment criteria. Afterwards, HELVIA confidentially contacted <\/b>approx. 200<\/strong> entrepreneurs <\/b>in the Fresh<\/strong>, traditional and Organic segment, in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France.
