Dall\u2019esame delle opportunit\u00e0, l\u2019interesse all\u2019acquisto si \u00e8 concentrato su una interessante azienda target\u00a0<\/em>ubicata in Nord-Italia<\/strong>, selezionata in relazione alle distintive competenze di progettazione,<\/strong> della innovativa ed efficiente piattaforma industriale e degli elevati standard qualitativi di performance ed affidabilit\u00e0 garantiti alla clientela<\/strong>. HELVIA ha inoltre redatto la valutazione finanziaria<\/strong> della societ\u00e0 target, gestito le trattative<\/strong> con la parte venditrice e i suoi consulenti di fiducia, partecipato alla stesura dei contratti di compravendita (SPA) ed accessori<\/strong>. After examining the opportunities, the acquisition interest focused on an interesting target company located in Northern Italy<\/strong>, selected on the basis of its distinctive engineering skills<\/strong>, innovative and efficient industrial platform<\/strong> and high quality standards<\/strong> of performance and reliability guaranteed to customers. HELVIA also drafted the financial valuation<\/strong> of the target company, handled negotiations<\/strong> with the selling party and its trusted advisors, and contributed to the drafting of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA)<\/strong> and ancillary contracts.
